Note about Domain Name Support: All
Web site packages include automatic registration
of a new domain name or transfer of an existing
domain name for use with your Web site. In the
case of a new domain name, BuyDomains.com, our
recommended registrar, currently charges $32.00
for the registration of your domain for two years.
This fee is charged directly to you from Buy Domains
and is not included in the pricing for
CDS Web site packages.

Note about Web Hosting accounts: CDS
recommends and uses Pair Networks or 1AND1 Web Hosting
for all of our Web hosting needs. Most of our
packages can be implemented with the Pair Networks
"FTP Account", the 1AND1 Business account, or with any comparable hosting account
that you provide.
This fee would be billed directly to you from
your hosting provider and is not included in the pricing
for CDS Web site packages.

Note about POP3 Mailbox support: Each
account includes a mailbox that, by default, receives
all mail addressed to the domains for that account.
Additional mailboxes are usually included in your web hosting plan.

Note about Graphics: Preparation
of existing graphics and photos includes image
scanning, cropping and sizing, color palette adjustments,
and other processing needed to create a "Web-ready"
graphic for your Web pages. Nominal fees may apply
for graphics requiring a usage license. Custom
graphics, including logo creation and related
artwork, are billed at our hourly rate.

Note about Pages: Web pages
can be thought of as containers for categories
of related topics of information within your Web
site. A single page can contain multiple related
topics, any one of which can be directly accessed
through the navigation system provided by your
Web site. Additional pages should be considered
for the site when a new category of information
is being introduced or when the number of categories
exceeds the number of existing pages.

Note about Web site maintenance: Most
of the CDS Web site packages include one or more
hours of web site maintenance. This time may be
used, at the client's discretion, to keep web
site pages fresh and up-to-date. Additional Web
site maintenance hours may be purchased as needed.
Alternatively, a Web maintenance plan can be customized
to address ongoing maintenance needs.
